Our Team

SWDev is a collection of software development professionals. Colleagues who became friends. Friends who decided that whenever the opportunity arose to work together we would.

Through the many projects that we've built, and in some cases endured, we've learned how quickly the technology scene can change. We've determined that, for most companies, the software challenge is one that doesn't often lend itself to the internal business focus and direction of the corporation. Software development is a skill best called on when needed. With this in mind, we strive to be that urgently needed team, ready when your need is greatest.

Collected amongst our group is more than 400 years of software development experience and training. Seventeen commercial products and more than a hundred successful projects completed internally or on contract.

Our skills range from traditional c/c++ coding and design to business analysis and project management to software development team structure and training.

Those skills comprise only one part of the picture. As a group we share a common set of values that inform and direct our efforts. When the project is completed, you will, as our past customers have, attribute more of the success to our values, than our skills. :-)
